The shipment policy for the products you order from Himalayan salt lamp is very straightforward and clear.

We try our best to ship the products that are available in our stock within 2 working days and deliver to customers around three to six days after shipment. You will get notification that your order is shipped. However, if the order is to be delivered in remote areas then the delivery time can be little longer. The orders we obtain on public holidays or weekends will be ship on the subsequent business days.

If the product you order is not available then we will inform you.

If you do not receive your order after ten working days then send us an email on our customer care department. We will track your order and give you an update as soon as possible.

Wrong and incorrect address:

Himalayan salt is not responsible if the order is not delivered to you because of wrong or incorrect address. If the address is wrong then order will be return to Himalayan Salt Company. However, if it delivers to wrong address then it is sole responsibility of customer who provides incorrect address. Therefore, it is advisable to confirm your address before placing the final order.

The shipping charges depend upon the weight of product. Total amount after postage or delivery charges is calculated in shopping cart before check out and finalized payment.

After shopping a bill is generated in which no. of products their subtotals and total amount is written.

At Himalayan salt lamp Company, we value our customers. Each product that is available at Himalayan salt is of superior quality and made of natural Himalayan pink salt. Hence, we make sure that the customer is satisfied and happy with our products and service.

We are very vigilant and attentive at the time of packing orders. Our team specially checks that there won’t be any damage or fault in the product before delivering. However, if you receive a damaged product then please inform us immediately. It is better to inform us about any damage within three to four working days after receiving your order with complete details. Any query receives after 3 working days will not be entertained.

The returned product must have original packaging.
